Vektor Shooting Club is a Non-profit Sporting body and our objective is to help promote, organize and control the sport of practical shooting in order to foster a good image of the sport in the public’s eye. We strive to promote the safe, competent and responsible use of firearms for anyone legally entitled to use them.
Any person of good standing with the Club and who is legally entitled to possess a firearm may be a member of the Club. All members pay a membership fee as determined from time to time.

The proof of payment and application forms can be submitted to the Chairman, Secretary or Treasurer by E-mail, (scanned copies), by fax or by hand. Contact information above.
The Club applies shooting rules as determined by the Executive Committee. The rules of the International Practical Shooting Confederation as adopted by the South African Practical Shooting Association are used as guidelines.
The Club affiliates on an annual basis to the Northern Gauteng Practical Shooting Association (NGPSA) and the South African Practical Shooting Association (SAPSA), which in turn is affiliated to the International Practical Shooting Confederation (IPSC). The Club will apply annually for corporate membership of the South African Gun owners Association (SAGA) in furtherance of the interests of legal firearm ownership in South Africa.
Location: Vektor Shooting Range (previously LIW), behind Denel’s LIW works, Selbourne Avenue., Lyttleton.
Club days: Saturday afternoon, once a month as scheduled.
Shooting: Practical pistol, -rifle and -shotgun shooting.
Facilities: 5 individual ranges, up to 50m. Clubhouse, with ablutions and braai facilities.
Restrictions: Open to all reputable citizens. Completion of a practical shooting training course is required to ensure safety.
Annual Fees: Includes NGPSA and SAPSA affiliations (Note affiliation to NGPSA and SAPSA is mandatory)
